2026 Online Registration 

Submission Deadline: Saturday, May 9

Please complete & submit the registration form provided below. And if you haven't already done so, please review the TMGA Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk & Indemnity Agreement, as you will be required to confirm your acceptance of these terms on your Registration form before submitting it.  If you have any questions regarding the Registration process, contact info@tmga.ca.

[Reminder: A maximum of two players may register to play together, however up to two requests to be paired with other members for one round will be accommodated, if/where possible. Otherwise all pairings are selected at random to promote sociability. Tee times and pairings are emailed to all members approximately four days before each scheduled round. In the event of a course rainout, the TMGA Executive will work with the golf course and communicate the next steps as timely as possible.]

 

Your league payment(s) can be submitted 1 of 2 ways:

 

  1. E-Transfer:  this option can only be used if payment is made in one lump sum for all the courses you have elected to play. It is to be payable to TMGAFINANCE@GMAIL.COM  (this account has Auto Deposit so no security question is required). Remember to also include your Membership Registration/Prize Fee ($40.00/player) in with your total payment submission.
     

  2. Post-Dated* Cheques:  prepare a separate cheque for each round you wish to play (post-dated per the schedule outlined below) as well as a separate cheque for your $40 per player Membership Registration/Prize Fee. All cheques are to be made payable to TOURING MIXED GOLF ASSOCIATION and can either be:

    • mailed to our league Treasurer at: TMGA, 4128 – 109 Street NW, Edmonton, AB  T6J 2S8 

    • hand-delivered at the Pre-Season Social on Saturday, May 2 at OTR Kitchen & Drink (11740 Jasper Ave) anytime between Noon – 3pm.

*post-dated cheque schedule is as follows:

  • Membership Fee ($40 each)... May 10

  • Country Side (May 24, $93 each)... May 10

  • Coloniale (Jun 7, $92 each)... May 24

  • Riverside (Jun 28, $92 each)... June 14

  • Cougar Creek (Jul 12, $94 each)... June 28

  • Lewis Estates (Jul 26, $114 each)... July 12

  • Cattail Crossing (Aug 9, $98 each)... July 26

  • Legends (Aug 23, $90 each)... August 9

  • Devon 'Wind-Up' (Sep 12, $128 each)... August 29

  • If you are registering with a Playing Partner, please also provide their own individual contact information (name, email, phone #) wherever requested below. If their Email &/or Phone # are the same as yours, please re-enter it again.

  • If you are registering as a Single, simply ignore all Fields that reference a Playing Partner and proceed to the COURSE SELECTION and PAYMENT INFO sections.

  • By submitting this registration, you are confirming that you (and your Playing Partner if applicable) are of the age of Majority (18+).

  • if there are specific rounds that only one of you are able to attend and therefore only paying for one person (not both), please explain who is playing and who is not, and which course that situation applies to

  • other members that you would like to be paired with at some point through the season (although there are no guarantees, we will do our best to accommodate all requests)

  • if you are a NEW member, please tell us which existing member(s) recommended/encouraged you to join the TMGA

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PAYMENT:

  • Your payment must include the $40.00 Membership Registration fee (per player) as well as appropriate green fees for all courses you plan to play during the season. 

  • All cheques to be payable to TOURING MIXED GOLF ASSOCIATION.

  • For those paying by cheque, if possible (ie- from the same household) please use one cheque for each course to cover both you and your playing partner. See the top of this page for payment delivery options.

  • Your full payment (whether cheques or e-transfer) must be received no later than the May 9 registration deadline in order to validate your membership.

  • Cancellations for rounds made prior to its post-dated cheque due date will be refunded. All e-transfer payment refunds will occur at season end.
