League Registration 2025  
*opens Monday, April 14 & closes Saturday, May 10

Please note that all members must also submit a signed Liability Waiver Form along with their league registration. See details on this further down this page.

The TMGA League Membership 2025 Registration form will be provided here for your convenient access, once Registration opens April 14.  All Registrations (new and returning members) must be completed and submitted along with your payment(s) to 'Touring Mixed Golf Association' before the specified deadline of May 10.

 

You can see a complete list of dates and courses we play for the entire season on our Season Schedule page.  Select just a few rounds that work with your schedule, or join us for all 8 rounds... you only pay for what you can play!  Check our Benefits page to see many great reasons to join the TMGA!

We are providing you the option of completing the Registration Form in 1 of 2 ways:

Option 2:  Electronic Registration

We are also offering an ONLINE version of the Registration form, with the option of an e-transfer payment of your fees. However, if you choose the e-transfer method, you must submit one lump sum payment covering your membership fee and all courses you plan to play (as identified on your Registration form). The lump sum is a requirement to minimize administration and associated bank fees.

Alternatively, you can choose to mail in all of your post-dated cheques in the same fashion as in Option #1. But please ensure there is obvious identification (i.e. - your name) that makes it easy to connect your cheques to your registration form that was submitted online.

2025 Registration Deadline: May 10

Liability Waiver Form

As a condition of membership, all participants must submit a signed Liability Waiver form in addition to the aforementioned Registration Form and appropriate payment.

PLEASE NOTE!  Members who have already signed and submitted a Liability Waiver Form from a prior season do not need to submit another one for the upcoming season. On your 2025 Registration Form, you will be provided the ability to simply confirm that you are re-acknowledging your commitment to the Liability Waiver you had previously signed and submitted.

For all new &/or returning Members who have not yet submitted a Liability Waiver Form, this can be done 1 of 3 ways:

Option 1 - Sign & Send Waiver via Canada Post Mail

  1. Download and print the Liability Waiver form.

  2. Read and sign the form, including date and requested contact information.

  3. Mail the signed waiver form along with your registration form(s) and payment to
     TMGA  4128 – 109 Street NW, Edmonton, AB   T6J 2S8  

 

Option 2 - Sign & Send Waiver via Email

  1. Download and print the Liability Waiver form.

  2. Read and sign the form, including date and requested contact information.

  3. Scan a copy of the signed form and email it to our Director, Finance at roger@tmga.ca  

Option 3 - Acknowledge Waiver via Online Registration

(this option is for anyone registering via "Option 2: Electronic Registration" above)

  1. Review the Liability Waiver as outlined on our website. 

  2. At the end (item # 14) of the Online Registration form, confirm your acceptance of the Liability Waiver Forms terms by checking the appropriate box.

  3. Submit your completed online registration form using the SUBMIT button.
